Accounting firms juggle multiple disconnected tools—QuickBooks for bookkeeping, practice management software for client communication, email for document sharing, and separate platforms for project tracking. This fragmented approach creates inefficiencies and frustrates both firms and their clients.
Clients struggle with poor communication, missed deadlines, and confusing interfaces. Firms waste time switching between platforms, manually syncing data, and training clients on multiple systems.
The industry needed a unified solution that could replace this scattered tech stack while maintaining existing accounting workflows and providing professional client experiences.

I designed ReceiptOS as a comprehensive solution with professional client portals featuring dedicated dashboards for transactions, deadlines, and documents. The platform integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, Xero, and bank feeds while maintaining read-only data synchronization with bank-level encryption.
The core value proposition centers on replacing multiple tools with one unified experience. Firms can provide white-label branded portals to their clients, enabling better communication, project tracking, and deadline management—all while preserving their existing accounting workflows.
Key features include an integrated client communication hub, automated data synchronization, remote team collaboration support, and a browser-based interface requiring no client training. The platform promises 24-hour setup with no per-client or per-user fees.
